Your name will be added to a prospective list, wherein an interview will be conducted with a panel of members.

If deemed fit, you will be contacted should a suitable opportunity arise.

You will be questioned on major (macro) topics in your chosen field(s). You won't be asked to define the rate of deforestation should you choose "Environment". A more likely question would be something along the lines of "How would you go about reducing deforestation in industrially backward areas?" or "If you had to choose only one species of fauna to survive, what would it be and why?"
